Unfortunately no.. International orders will not deliver to PO boxes or hotels. DHL will only ship to business address or private addresses.

Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please Contact us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance as well.

If you’re not home when the order is delivered, the courier will leave you a reminder slip with their contact information. You can also call the courier directly and give them the order tracking number to arrange a delivery date.

Garment care
Nurture your Tulle and Batiste piece with care. Our fabrics are delicate, so give them the attention they deserve. We suggest gentle hand washing to maintain their beautiful condition. Steer clear of machine washing and drying to preserve the integrity of the delicate fabric.
The care instructions are listed in the details section on each product page on our site and on the care tag inside of our garments. Contact us in the event that you cannot locate them in either of those places.
While we strive to craft the softest garments, individual dye colors may create slight variations in softness. To enhance softness, consider gentle cold hand washing with a touch of organic fabric softener. Once done, allow your pieces to air dry on a line. Avoid machine washing and drying to safeguard the delicate fabric of your cherished pieces.

This allows us the flexibility to replenish sold out items. Whether it's printing or dyeing, our team can bring the style you had your eye on back to life. If you find that a desired item is marked as sold out on our website, simply reach out to us via email and check in with us whether we can bring your coveted piece back into circulation.

At checkout you have the option to add your gift card or discount code to your order. This section can be found on the right hand side of the page on a desktop or by clicking Show Order Summary on mobiles.
Only one discount can be redeemed per order, but a discount code and gift card can be used together on a single purchase. If you have a discount code personally assigned to you, this will not be automatically added, you will need to add this manually in the discount code section.
From time to time, our products are marked down. If you have purchased an item that has gone on sale within the last 14 days, we will gladly organise a one time price adjustment. Please contact us HERE.

Returns
When your ordered items are in stock, they'll typically be shipped the following business day.
Should your order ship before we review your email, any returns will need to be processed.

Yes, we offer 30 day returns on all items. Please ensure you send the item back unworn, unwashed, including tags. It should be returned in the original condition received for a full refund or exchange. Please read more about how to return an item HERE
Items purchased during a sale or purchased with a promotional code can be returned to us for an exchange or a store credit.
Please contact us ASAP with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

All Tulle and Batiste pieces come with a 3 month warranty period. Note this excludes regular wear and tear.
We advise to use a traceable shipping service when sending your return back to us to track its whereabouts. Please allow up to 5 business days of your return being received into our warehouse to be processed. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email update.
For full priced items, you have the choice to select the refund option when initiating a return. In the case of sale and discounted items, we provide the flexibility to opt for an exchange or receive a store credit in the form of a discount code.
If you have chosen the credit option for your return you will receive a discount code for your store credit once your return has been processed. This code is sent to your email address attached to your order.
