Condition
Kindly take note that returned items must be in an unworn condition, and the hangtags must remain securely attached. It's important to mention that, due to hygiene considerations, we regret that we cannot accept returns for bralettes, bloomers, and one-pieces. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Refund process
Upon receipt and processing, your refund will be credited to your original payment method, excluding original shipping charges and duties if applicable. Please note that shipping and duties costs are non-refundable.
For full priced items
You have the choice to select the refund option when initiating a return.
Sale items and promotional purchases
In the case of sale and discounted items, we provide the flexibility to opt for an exchange or receive a store credit in the form of a discount code.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, kindly email us indicating your preference for an exchange or refund. Provide the specific details of the item you want to exchange for, including style name, color, and size.
Faulty items
For faulty items, contact us HERE with a photo of the fault. We will replace the item if stock is available or provide a refund upon return. Please note, a 30-day warranty applies to all items, excluding regular wear and tear.
Incorrect items received

Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees. To ensure a smooth refund process, we recommend using a trackable method.
Boutique purchases
Items purchased from our Tulle and Batiste Boutique should be addressed through them directly, as online orders are to be returned to our online warehouse only.
Gift returns
For items marked as gifts, a gift credit will be issued upon receiving the returned item. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
